i am ecstatic because i am going to bake cupcakes today! although mother said i am rather non-chalant with kitchen work, i am determined to make one or maybe a dozen(depends, really.) to spread the smiles! i have to say, i am quite a novice in handling utensils and hefty-tefty kitchen work, but hey, if you want something done right, you'd better do it yourself!
