i had band practice today from 7.15am to 6pm. i am beat. dates are drawing near and today wasn't the best of us. i can't blame the heat or anything, but my playing today seemed really bad.

our director was totally pissed off and left the studio after a three hour nagging session. in the hours, my heart couldn't stop it's racing and my back hurts from sitting up straight and my butt went numb.

i hate hearing our rival's name on repeat mode. sigh
